Daniel A. Dermer

Daniel Dermer is the Founder and President of Dermer Management, Inc., a New York City–based property management firm established in 1992. For over 30 years, Mr. Dermer has led the firm and has been directly responsible for the management and operations of its portfolio of cooperative, condominium, and rental properties throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Under his leadership, Dermer Management has built a reputation for hands-on service, long-term client relationships, and proactive building management. Mr. Dermer remains actively involved in all aspects of the company’s operations, ensuring that each property is managed with a high level of attention, financial discipline, and care.

Mr. Dermer is a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1993 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Society from American University. He also serves on multiple boards.

In addition, Mr. Dermer is the Founder of Dermer Dreams, a nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting food insecurity.
